Yes occasionally. I also cannot use my regular ipad at the moment due to freezing screen. Somethin’ Strange in the Neighbourhood.

I also get big black rectangles across the screen when on my phone - only happens on mumsnet, not any other site...

It's just happened to me again a few minutes ago. It's weird isn't it?

It has occasionally happened to me. Often it's a wifi/reception issue which means that not all the data is coming down the line, so you end up with a rather, erm, basic layout. What device are you using? Sometimes stuff on your laptop/tablet/smartphone can mess you around. Hoping a more techie person can come along with a better explanation...

MN will not work for me in Safari at all tonight.
Not a WiFi issue, as chrome is fine.
However, also get a big empty window in the chrome on my phone (not black though, just like a text box)... so I'm guessing there's a problem with security of pages somewhere, hence safari not loading them.

No but the page keeps freezing! Been happening for a few weeks, only on this website.

A few minutes ago, I just got 'your connection was interrupted' with an error code!

Didn't catch it, as it only stayed there for 3 seconds before the page went blank for half a minute!

Oh I am using a laptop, on chrome, with high speed broadband.

I got that about half an hour ago.It doesn't happen often enough for me to anticipate it, but at least I've realised now that I can scroll down to the thread. Slow learner, me.

That used to happen to me a lot but not for a long time until tonight.
It's happened every other thread I open this evening for some reason.
I have to keep refreshing until it goes normal.

Yep. Happens to me too.

I've been having to use the app for WEEKS now because it's impossible to use on phone.

There were technical issues causing the screen op was getting but permanently basically all the imaging had gone. That was apparently fixed but it's still glitchy as hell and I've not had a response from mnhq for ages.

Very annoying.
