Thank you for that analysis. I was very disturbed by the mother telling him at the end that one day he would be like her and his sister on the outside. This is a lie. Puberty blockers will mean his genitals don't develop enough to even have successful GRS. What will he do when he realises this and that he's never going to get even a simulacrum of a vagina??? Just a very ignorant and dangerous programme in my opinion.

Yah - I know he's fictional, but he represents other real gender conflicted kids, so, still of concern.

This is sad as well. This is the American reality TV star who has finally transitioned. Again the doctors were shocked to realise that because of puberty blockers there was no material to create a fake vagina. Jazz calls what has been patched together after several presumably painful surgeries a "frankenvagina". It came apart the first time which must have been horrific and had to be patched back together.
