To feel very sorry for myself which achieves nothing

Will be brief. Have large and very uncomfortable something going on in one of my breasts. Awaiting appointment and getting more stressed by the day. Parents elderly and losing capacity and at other end of country. One about to be placed in nursing home. I provide the childcare for DD so have to be here.. Just knackered and all over the place and feeling that whatever I do I let someone down. Tell me to count my blessings. I know people have it worse but want to put head in hands and weep. Thanks for reading.

Apologies. It looks even more self pitying when I see it in type. Things will get better.

Best wishes, Marmite.

Of course you could weep with all that going on. Hope things improve for you Thanks

Not self pitying at all. And if you think it might make you feel better, release some tension and have a good cry.

You’re in a very stressful situation. Wishing you well, and I really hope your problem isn’t found to be serious. You’d be surprised how often these things turn out to be something very minor!

Sometimes you are just allowed to feel sorry for yourself. It sounds like you are under a whole load of stress, hope everything works out ok for you. Take care x
