To enjoy a week off at home more than abroad?

I've just had a week off work with my daughter and it's been soooo relaxing.

I find holidaying abroad quite the opposite. Packing.airport. all inclusives so busy. Knowing I've got to do it all again in reverse plus shitty night flights.then collect cat from cattery.

Aibu to prefer to stay at home when on leave?

We are both off this week. None of us including our young son want to do much. The phaff of airports, packing and the constant need to do something whilst abroad just didn't appeal this time.
We're off to the cinema tomorrow, will have days out and probably call off on way home for meals.
Sounds bliss, plus get to spend the night in our own bed.
