Strepsil and pregnant

I have had a whole packet of strepsil this week and I just realised I did not check whether its bad or good during pregnancy. Please tell me it will be OK? I am now panicking.

I am so stupid the thought didn't even occur to me 😕

It’ll be fine. They are basically boiled sweets with a small amount of antiseptic in. The syrup they turn into is the biggest soother.
