Crazy bad back of skull migraine (self.migraine)

I’ve had the most stressful day. Stress doesn’t usually trigger migraines for me but this time it has turned into an insanely bad pulsing pain at the base of my skull
Never had one like this before, and stressful situation is ongoing. I’ve taken a triptan (anti Migraine pill) but feel like it won’t work against an atypical one like this. Honestly wouldn’t care if this was the Migraine that killed me. AGH
