To not know what to do about stomach cramps

So for last 24 hours have been suffering from horrendous stomach cramps can only compare to labour pain.

Not getting any worse or any better

I went back on the pill last week after ten years off so don’t know if related to that or if it is a stomach bug.

If a stomach bug then obviously no point going to gp but not sure what it is.

Currently curled up in foetal position

So Aibu to not know what to do

Call the GP and ask for advice.

24 hours? You need a doctor. Even if it's not deadly serious, you clearly need help.

What did the GP say? Could be appendicitis or gallstones or a range of other things. Definitely needs looking at.

Are you being sick or having diarrhoea? If you are, probably stomach bug.

If not, phone 111. It could be cramps from your period coming possibly, mine are way worse off contraception than on it though, so worth getting checked.

My horrendous stomach pain was appendicitis, it can present with pain high up. Appendix burst and I was extremely ill. Go get checked.
