Travelling with friend

I'll kick this thread off by saying I know I'm being (slightly) unreasonable, this normally wouldn't bother be at all, but I've got raging cabin fever.

I'm travelling with a good friend. I arranged for a car to take us from point A to point B. She knew the time it was booked for. I gave her the '5 minute warning'... and then she takes a 7 minute shower! 😣

How do we stay friends by the end of the trip??

Unclench a little? Does leaving a few minutes late really affect things that much?

Y booked a car, do you mean a taxi was picking you up & your friend wasn’t ready?

OMG, I travel with a friend frequently and this would simply never happen.

When you’ve stopped the steam leaking from your ears perhaps have a coffee and say straight that you are pretty upset by this and can we agree that when we have arranged a clear time to leave we stick to it?

Then if it happens again you need to go without her.

Tbh unless this is a brain fart on her part you may not be travel buddies for long. That would kill me. Have a good day!
