To actually NOT be feeling low, particularly overtired or depressed since DS3 arrived............

as SO many people have now asked me "are you ok", "are you coping", "you're not feeling overly tired" etc etc and many have been visibly shocked when I've told them yes I'm a little bit tired - but less so that when I was working nights so still functioning 'normally' but actually I'm loving having DS3 here..........am I abnormal or is it actually ok to be feeling happy???

congrats!!! although as it seems a lot of people are concerend you could use it as an excuse to put your feet up!!

I suppose I could - but they all seem to ask me when they bump into me in town, or at the school gates......if it was at home then I'd probably jump at the offer for them to hold DS3 while I do some housework (yes I know I am a bit wierd there.......I'd rather someone held the baby - particularly as he doesn't really like sleeping on his own so spends a lot of time in the sling - so I can get some "hands free" housework done than let someone else lose on it LOL).

It's all good.

Glad you are doing well! Your boys are just beautiful, although I did involontaraly (sp crap) at your birth pics!

I was the same with DS2, with DS1 I was that exhausted all the time you'd only have needed to blow on me to knock me down, but this time, no problems at all. DS2 is 6 months now, and TBH the last couple of weeks I have been a bit more tired than usual but I think it is because I am still exclusivly BF, and he is humongous, can't wait till we start weaning him!!
