Should I offer to pay for DD?

DD's auntie (19) has asked if she can take DD out with DD's other auntie (20) for a walk and to go to a cafe etc. All fine, but should I offer to pay for DD's lunch or is it assumed that because she offered, that she would pay? I'm not going, so should I offer her money before they go? DD is 18mo.

I would offer but I imagine they will refuse(I would).

As they are so young I probably would give them a contribution before they go. A fiver for a snack/drink? Little one wont need much
