Seem to have come down with a flu thing over the weekend, didn’t feel too bad today but this evening it has returned with a vengeance.

Youngest dc is a breastfed baby so v dependent. Oldest is nearly 4.

Plz send me tips on how I will cope tomorrow Sad my DH is a teacher and will hopefully be able to come home early but it’s difficult for him to take time off during term time.

Get him to sort out a packed lunch / snacks for you and your eldest before he goes to work tomorrow and make you a flask of tea that way you can rest and BF during the day.
I also recommend lots of dvd’s for your 4 year old

Day Nurse and Peppa Pig.

Yup, preparation.
Get your DP to leave food made up in the fridge, and snacks within reach for you and the 4yo.
CBeebies.
If anyone is willing, get someone to take the DC1 out for a couple of hours.
Keep yourself dosed up on whatever helps -don't try to be stoic.
Say Yes to anyone who offers to help.
