AIBU?
That WW weigh ins are now...
Paperdolly · 14/10/2018 17:36
That. not only has Weight Watchers now been changed to pronouncing itself WW the weekly weigh ins are now called 'Workshops' 🙄🙄🙄.
This has very much wound me up!!!! 😡😡😡
ALemonyPea · 14/10/2018 17:43
Studios? Workshops? Are they trying to be new and trendy?
It takes longer to say WW than it does weight watchers.
DitheringBlidiot · 14/10/2018 18:03
Has anything else changed other than them changing the name?
Athena51 · 14/10/2018 18:08
Not much else has changed. People are still eating cakes made of chickpeas and a great deal of 'zero point' chicken breast and no-fat Greek yoghurt.
Sorry, disenchanted ex-weight watcher (sorry WWer) here...
clowdyweewee · 14/10/2018 18:08
The person who leads the meeting is now a 'Wellness Coach', I believe.
recklessruby · 14/10/2018 18:18
They now say it's not the number on the scales that matters but how you feel healthy positive energised etc.
Sorry but the number on the scales is why I go and pay every week.
Nothing better than seeing it fall.
Paperdolly · 14/10/2018 18:47
They're selling off their full of false sweetener stuff I believe.
Ellieboolou27 · 14/10/2018 19:57
after losing over 3st with the vintage points many years ago, I thought I’d give the new points system a go, signed up for 3 months, left after 2 weeks, such a shame as vintage points were great.
DrMadelineMaxwell · 14/10/2018 19:59
I loved vintage points.
Couldn't get to grips with pro points or smart points.
Decided to look again at rejoining and was completely put off by the studio/coach bollocks.
It's a nope from me.
DitheringBlidiot · 14/10/2018 21:44
I suppose they have to keep it fresh so change it up now and again, but that’s not ideal for those who are trying to do the plan they know. Afaics the no count was very similar to slimming World
Schuyler · 14/10/2018 21:46
I liked it but it’s pissed me off now. I’m happier on no official diets or eating plan, jus mindful eating and no free foods or depriving myself of anything. It’s slow but sure and I don’t feel obsessed.
