I know parking is an issue is the small streets of our market town. I'm sure it must be frustrating for some people. But I'm so pissed off with people parking on the paths, on double yellows, on corners... Just tried to walk back in the pouring rain with a buggy and a child on a scooter and every single residential road had crossings blocked or you couldn't see to cross the road because they were on double yellows. One car even pulled up in front of me and completely blocked the path and when I asked him to move as he got out and he just looked at me and said, but it's raining!
