Being charitable, she might feel shocked at her own reaction and is looking for some reassurance from others that it was an understandable response Hmm.

I slapped my dd in the face one when she bit the end of my nose. It was a complete involuntary reaction. It shocked me more than her.

I don't understand how anyone could refer to their own child as a 'bitch' even in fun. I'm not really in a place to judge as I don't have children, but it just sounds horrible.

My GP was examining my swollen ankle. He took hold of it firmly to lift it up and the sudden 'out of the blue' pain was so bad that I slapped him. I felt it wasn't an actual desire to slap, rather that my hand did it all by itself. He's still my GP.
