This ugly looking lump has appeared on my leg (it's definitely getting bigger) not painful/itchy. Seems to have appeared since becoming pregnant not sure if related?? Is it doctor worthy? Anyone know what it is?!

Looks like a wart of some kind to me. Probably totally harmless but you might want to just get a gp to take a look...
