Turned on toshiba laptop and looks like it did a factory reset (had no control over it as it did it when it turned on), it previously had windows 10 update installed and its gone back to windows 7. Meaning it has deleted all my pictures which were on the windows 10 Photos app. Plus files. Plus everything else. 
Been doing some research on how to get it back and came across recent news articles. Microsoft don't seem to be bothered - people have lost files/pictures. These people will be upset/angry.
