To think that Kim Kardashian's....

Hips and bum look like they really hurt....

I don't know why but anytime I see her in a bikini I just think they look like they are painful. Her waist is so tiny in comparison.

I think this too. I do wonder about recovery times for those procedures. Surely it's uncomfortable to use the toilet for a day or two.
I actually quite like KK, she's milking modern media for everything she can.

JaneJeffer I saw a program presented by Cherry Heely (not sure of the spelling) and they were doing these, they used the persons own fat taken from elsewhere in their body and then injected into their bum.

The woman that had it done wasn’t allowed to sit for six weeks and after she had the procedure could hardly walk. She laid on her front once she was back from the hospital.

The program is called; Sex, knives and Liposuction and was on W. It’s really interesting but gross.

from that i heard fat transfer doesnt last long? ive seen both fat transfer and implants and theirs definitely look like the latter.

The one I saw on the above program travelled abroad, I think it was Turkey but I’m not 100% sure of the place. It looked quite horrible as a procedure and she was in a lot of pain afterwards and as said above couldn’t sit. They didn’t say she would need it done again within x amount of time so not sure how long it lasts.

tbh if it was on tv it could easily be edited to make it look like she didnt. not so much her anyway khloe 100% has butt implants.

When you see paparazzi photos of her and Khloe they are so out of proportion it looks ridiculous.

Then of course on their social media accounts they look incrediable.

I think it’s the arse equivalent of dramatic lip enhancement- looks really odd in real life, but they’ve done it so that when they pose for photos for Instagram it looks desirable.

She does definitely look like she has implants. I don't know why anyone would want to look like they are in pain all the time! To the poster who said how does she get clothes to fit... She hardly wears any ...and the ones she does I'd say are custom made

I think it looks ludicrous, but its bought her a pretty easy lifestyle where she doesn't have to lift a finger and only sits on comfortable chairs I guess. What about restaurants?

they'll both die tragically young from surgery related issues, mark my words.

Her and Khloe look absolutely fucking ridiculous and when they try to insist it's just how their bodies are, that's even more ludicrous.

Kylie seems to have gone down the same route if her most recent bikini pics are anything to go by.

I don't understand it at all. How do their trousers fit??

Slightly off-topic, but if I won the lottery I’d get every single piece of clothing made for me, forever. The ultimate luxury, in my book.

Get everything I had made adjusted to fit better if I gained/lost weight. Get measured fortnightly. Choose the silk for my knickers from big books of French fabric samples, get fitted for hats. All jumpers hand-knitted. Bliss.

Immoral waste of resources, but bliss.

the other thing i don't understand is how they both seem to go up and down. One week humungous, the next, less ridiculous, then up to humungous again. Are their butts now inflatable?

By the way, wouldn’t having that huge butt hanging off the end of your spine give you raging back pain? Kinda like huge bazooms give you upper back/shoulder pain?

I wonder if that’ll become a problem as all these gym bunnies age? Maybe they can rig a back brace contraption with a butt sling into their waist cinchers? Pretty.
