I have a child arrangement order in place for 1 child. The father is being still being a nightmare! It states he has contact per 4 weeks in his area. (we live 4 hours apart) Plus a few of the holidays. However he will not sit down and discuss through the calendar to sort out what dates he wants in the holidays he has, and I think he is thinking along the different line to the 4 weekly contact. Term time contact is usually suspended during holiday contact. So therefore we need to sit down and mark what 4 weekly the child will be visiting there after. He is impossible to speak with, and claims dates etc are in the order, but they are not. Any help please as I am making myself ill, he has continued to misbehave throughout everything and even the courts were not happy with him. Can anyone explain exactly how it works?
