British gas kitchen appliance cover. Dont touch it. Engineers dont have a clue. They book out engineers who just dont bother to turn up without any notification or courtessy call. Basically sit and waste a whole day. Wow, eventually came out literally looked at appliance and said "how strange". Decide to call out manufacturers engineers instead. Manufacturers dont touch product but order parts. Great. 1 month later still no part and expected dates keep changing. Manufacturers then tell you well if product is in a warranty etc you just need to wait for parts and theres no time limit for you to wait for these parts. They also dont have a complaints procedure. British gas agents continuously lie promise call backs which never happen. Seriously BRITISH GAS need to relook into their servicrs they offer and customer services. Currently passed to watchdog. Lets see what more lies they have to tell.

Well most people could have told you that tbh.

In 20 years of homeowning and multiple appliances I've had one issue with an elderly cooker where the door came off and that was repaired by a £25 visit and 10minutes with the right gadget! And I've spent £30 replacing bearings on a washing machine.

Save the premium money yourself, worst case it gets spent on what you saved it for, best case you get a nice little lump sum.
