Split up with DP this year. Decided to meet up with old school friends, go out a bit more, socialise etc.
They’re big on cocaine, I’m ashamed to say on theee occasions over the 8 weekends I went out with them I did some.
Suddenly, out the blue, one of the group states they slept with me. This isn’t true. All of the group knew about him saying this for weeks, but instead of tell me/sticking up for me, they gossip behind my back and spread awful rumours.
After finding out, I shared my displeasure at how much of shit friends they are.
They are now spreading rumours that I’ve slept with many different people, saying they’re sharing sexual photos of me, calling me all sorts of awful names. I get texts and phone calls every week from different people from the group. I don’t know how to make this stop, we live in a small village and it seems the group are telling everyone who will listen. It’s getting me down and defaming me.
What can I do?

To be honest I can't see any caring about how many people you've slept or rather allegedly slept with. If in the unlikely event anyone does comment shock them and say "Whats it got to do with you."
Would you care how many people such a body had slept with.
