I'm about 3 stone overweight and sick of it. I've tried my fitness pal, calorie counting, low carb high fat, a few other things. Nothing seems to stick or help at the minute.
I'm thinking if I pay to join a group the rl support and weekly weigh ins could help.
Does anyone have any experience of either weight watchers or slimming world? Is one better than the other? How do they differ?
