To ask for hair dye recommendations?

I have long hair, I want to dye it dark brown to cover grey. What is a good brand? Also, I had blonde balayage done the last time I went to the hair dressers, would it go green with a home kit?!

i use natrisse at the moment, im dark brown hair and using mocha brown

Garnier nutrisse for me now. Used to use nice and easy but they changed it and it’s hideous stuff now - steer well clear!

Nice and Easy Rich Dark Brown. I have been using this forever.

Esalon custom colour. Often first one is half price. Lovely colours and made my hair so shiny

Oh, I didn't see annies post! I think Nice and Easy is still OK, although yes they did change the formula.

The other annoying thing they did with it was make the hair colour bit and the conditioner in really similar bottles, so I accidentally mixed the conditioner with the developer!

Maybe I do need to try Nutrisse......

I love Garnier belle colour as it gives good grey coverage and is £3.50 and you get a £1 off voucher in the pack. The colours are really natural looking.
