It's one thing to argue for huge salaries, but the lack of transparency is completely and utterly inexcusable.

We saw how much Farage and co were pocketing, I very much doubt they were unique, just that they had pissed off enough folks to get investigated (you'll notice it tends to be mostly fringe MEPs that get their finances investigated).

And people wonder why there is a rise in Euro Sceptic parties, they do not help themselves with situations like this.
