I have a beautiful 4yo DD with a bellend who doesn't give a flying rats ass about her. He's just had another baby and is gloating online and in texts to me about it being his first child and how he's such an amazing dad. His GF doesn't know about DD. He actually rang me a few hours ago, left a weird voicemail of him laugh (fucking idiot) and then just ignored me asking wtf.
I don't know his address as he's moved, but I do know he works for the council.
I want to block him as his constant photos and messages about his baby over text are getting to me. Purely because he doesnt even acknowledge DD and has never even met her. But I don't know if I can claim with zero contact? Do I claim or just block and leave.
