Yes me too AND thank you for teaching me a new term - I had no idea it was called a carriage return!

I thought it was my keyboard, then as It's bluetoothed to my laptop was even more confused when that didn't work either.

Carriage return is the original term used on old fashioned typewriters!!

Not just me then! So frustrating, I thought it was my desktop keyboard. Never though to try the laptop or iPad. On the plus side my keyboard is now pristine, I've just de-crumbed it by turning it upside down and shaking it, painstakingly cleaned in between every key and then air-dusted it to within an inch of its life.
