Industry awards for the Top 100 Women in Business (with a corresponding list for the Top 100 men).
At least two of the top 100 Women places are taken by transvestites - No, I don't mean transsexuals, no I don't mean people who have gone through a long process of hormones and surgery, I mean the kind of blokes who sometimes like to dress up in their wife's knickers and 'sexy' fishnet tights for a bit of a thrill.
The first is Philip "Pippa" Bunce who progressed through the organisation as a straight, married man with all the benefits of being a man in a company which has an appalling record on women's equality - with a history of sexual assaults against female staff and female employees still paid 28.9% per hour less than men while the men receive 56% more in bonuses - (and presumably Pippa's salary has been included in the women's figures to help artificially reduce the difference).
But none of that matters, no need to address the structural disadvantage faced by boring old women, they can just get one of the blokes to put on a wig and a dress part-time and voila they are the most progressive company ever:

As far as I am aware, none of the top 100 men are women who sometimes go to work in trousers (although there are very many of us!) It is just males taking the accolades intended for women.
