We have 2 cars, mine is a little 2 door, 5 seats, his is a big 7 seater.

He is insured on mine
I'm not insured on his because I'm a new driver and it's too expensive.

At the moment his only has 2 seats the others are filling the spare room at his mums because his car is full of car parts that need fitting to his but we can't afford. The car parts won't fit in his mums spare room and we don't have space in our house either.

But this means that whoever has the kids has to have my car which is fine for him because if I have them he can drive his car but if he has them I don't have a car.

I think, because it's not a problem for him, he's not rushing to fix it 😒

I forgot to add, he bought the car parts know I this would happen, instead of waiting until we could pay to fit them aswell
