Was chatting during lunch break the other day with a colleague who waitresses in her spare time. I was curious & asked what tips were like. She said varies, but £15-20 a time, but she knew people who work full weeks who make about £500 a week in just tips. I was a bit shocked and now thinking I want to jack in my job and start waitressing, sounds amazing. Is this normal? What jobs tip well?
