HalfBloodPrincess · 20/09/2018 18:53

What are your reasons for not wanting her to wear them?

DaanSaaf · 20/09/2018 18:53

Why not?

Mrskeats · 20/09/2018 18:54

Agreed. Too grown up.

HighwayDragon1 · 20/09/2018 18:54

£170? To look like a stripper? I don't think so!

ThePricklySheep · 20/09/2018 18:54

I’d say far too high a heel.

SleepyMcEdie · 20/09/2018 18:55

Why not? They are shoes.

TulipsInBloom1 · 20/09/2018 18:55

How does she have them to wear? Or do you mean you wont buy her them?

Justnoclue · 20/09/2018 18:55

I see nothing wrong with these. DD is 12 and has similar ankle version.

ScarlettDarling · 20/09/2018 18:55

They're far too high for a child. I'd not let my 11 year old wear anything like that, she'd break her neck.

Aprilshowersnowastorm · 20/09/2018 18:55

My dd's ankles would prob go over and snap!

DaanSaaf · 20/09/2018 18:56

A stripper? Hmm

BananaBonanza · 20/09/2018 18:56

Too high. Long term foot and ankle difficulties

LatteLover12 · 20/09/2018 18:56

YANBU

Justnoclue · 20/09/2018 18:56

Although I’d never pay that much for boots unless they did the walking for me and gave me a foot rub while they were at it Grin

RoboticMary · 20/09/2018 18:56

Oh no, too high a heel. Won’t be good for her feet!

I started wearing heels far too young. Ended up with hammertoes Sad

LagerthaTheShieldMaiden · 20/09/2018 18:56

They are very adult, that can't be denied. What is she planning to wear with them?

Fannybaws52 · 20/09/2018 18:57

There is nothing wrong with them. They aren't sexualized. Pick your battles. You may find they are so annoying and clunky she chooses not to wear them again.

WhenEnoughIsEnough · 20/09/2018 18:57

If she doesn't already have them I wouldn't buy the I have a pair of Timberlake ankle boots with a heel and I can honestly day they are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. Obviously just my opinion.

JensenElephant · 20/09/2018 18:57

Is she a goth? or a harry potter fan?

AsAProfessionalFekko · 20/09/2018 18:57

Too high. She would look odd - assuming she is average 12 year old sized.

JensenElephant · 20/09/2018 18:58

A stripper?

they are very can can

Johndoe10 · 20/09/2018 18:58

Nope. They are too high. What purpose would they have?

WhenEnoughIsEnough · 20/09/2018 18:58

Oh my gosh so my many typos in my response! Sorry

LoveAGoodChat · 20/09/2018 18:58

Ok they would be ok with leggings/leggings/jeans....but a bit too grown up for her age if she wanted to wear them with a mini skirt, short dress or hot pants

Polly99 · 20/09/2018 18:59

Too high for a 12 year old. Her bones are still growing and hardening and shouldn’t really be in heels. Plus, £170 for boots for a child who may outgrow them anytime?
