My immediate manager was sacked today, from what she's told me it seems very unfair especially since she can't appeal because she's been with the business less than 2 years.
Anyway I'm quite an emotional person and I am genuinely gutted that this has happened. I really liked her as both a manager and person and got a bit upset at work.
I'm trying to find a way to stop myself getting upset at work and save to emotions for home but I am really struggling to do it.
Please give me your tips.
