Lived in our house for a good few years now and every winter we get the odd mouse which didn’t bother me TOO much as I didn’t have a baby then. A month or two ago there was a few days where we were seeing them daily all over the house we caught about 4 and found a few dead ones due to this we got a pest control guy out who lay poison down in every room he came every week for 3 weeks and told us the poison hadn’t been touched , we hadn’t seen any mice or droppings etc so thought the problem was gone. The guy came and removed the poison on Monday then on Monday night my partner seen one and today he seen one when he lifted up the pillow in the spare room I’ve never heard him scream before this ha. In all seriousness this is making me a complete wreck and I can’t cope with them anymore , pest control guy is coming back next week to lay more poison. We clean obsessively and have covered all visible entry points , I am sure they are coming from next door , next door will not agree to having pest control visit them even if we pay.Anyone had persistent mice but finally got rid of them ?
