Unit was delivered last week, started playing up almost immediately, lost a load of food when it defrosted itself. Engineer came out and found faults inc an earth problem. Customer Services responded well initially but now getting frustrated as a replacement seems to be problematic. Certainly, don’t trust the delivered unit with repairs. Watch this space; have use AO before and have been pleased with the service! Have things changed with AO .
