I have a shared path with my neighbor which when we were going through planning she told the council she won’t allow access. (She’s council) From this I found my deeds out to find that the path is to be used by foot only and she can’t stop me using it. Aibu to be pissed off that we’ve now got a moped parked blocking our gate and driving up and down 2/3 times an evening? Kids bed time mainly. We barely use the path only really mainly to take bins out but then if I do want to use it I can’t without risking knocking it over. Not sure if I feel more annoyed because she tried telling me I couldn’t use it.
