Creepy hoisemate

New housemate is a bit older, late 30s, and proceeded to have loud sex the past couple of mornings with a friend he’d brought over... I find him quite creepy and intimidating, he makes stupid jokes at other people’s expense and really considers himself superior (sick not envy!!)

Any advice?!

Tricky..the problem is it sounds like his personality which is harder to bring up, if it was stuff like leaving dirty plates out or not tidying up that’s easier to sort out, but not sure how you’d go about addressing this one!
Best thing would be to ignore him and try not to let him go to you, but if it’s realky unbearable you might need to look at new options
