Batch Cooking ideas šŸ™šŸ¼

Do many on here batch cook and if so, what are your favourites? I try but I’m getting bored of the same things. Can someone please inspire me for something different, freezes well and is easy to just heat up when I get home. I’ve done the following food in the past:
Fish pie
Bolognese sauce
Enchiladas
Chicken in a bag
Lasagne
Butternut and sweet potato curry
Chilli

Any reasonably healthyish ideas would really help me! I eat almost anything but can’t be arsed with doing too much prep when I get home x

Do you have a slow cooker?
On days I work then I need to be able to have dinner on the table within about 20 minutes of getting home.
Here are some ideas. You put all of the ingredients raw into freezer bags, freeze, then in the morning put the whole thing frozen into the slow cooker. It takes a bit of prep at the weekend but worth it to have nice meals in the week.

Moussaka, oooo, haven’t had that for a lifetime! Stews and casseroles, yep, great idea now the weather is starting to get cooler. Love cauliflower cheese idea too.

That is such an amazing tip Oysterbabe, simple and super quick, I love it!

Thank you all xx
