To ask if I can negotiate on rent?

Room in north London, very nice, on market for £1250 though Blush Do you think I can bargain them down? If so by how much? This ISNT a stealth boast, it’s a big promotion of my salary but the nicest room I’ve seen in a while. Been on the market for a few weeks

Yes! No harm in trying. They can only say no, but if it has been on the market a few weeks, they may be happy to accept less.

I negotiated £100 off the advertised rent of our home. We’ve been here over 2 years with no increase. They’re good landlords and we are (I think) good tenants.
