With places where there are changing stations in the women's toilet only and not in the men's?

When I've spent the better part of a meal breastfeeding and all, and then DH offers to go change the little one and comes back to say that there is no changing station in the men's but they told him there was one in the women's..........

Yanbu. They cost from around £25 for a floor standing table to about £120+ for a wall mounted one. I dont think thats prohibitive.
