NHS Professionals are shit what do I do?!

I'm so so so frustrated!! I've been working for nhs professionals for 3 years and I've been offered a permanent job in a trust I'm desperate to work for.

I got offered the job a few weeks ago and have just had a very snotty email from new Work saying they've still not received a reference from nhs p, the problem is it's just an email address that you request a reference from and they're useless,

I really don't want to lose this job offer but I don't know how to chase up a reference from an email address! I've emailed them now to ask them to hurry up (nicely) but has anyone any ideas? I'm all out!

How frustrating, I find putting read reciepts on emails can move things along

There is a contact us phone number, on the NHSP site, try calling and ask if they have a department number you can be put through to. They were helpful when I had to get something sorted with them, and I was able to talk to a person directly, not just email. Good luck!
