Payday loan madness!

I looked into getting a pay day loan about a week ago but didnt go ahead, since then I have been inundated with texts, emails, even had a phone call! on a daily basis from various loan companies. Im not exaggerating when I say daily. This morning I have had 2 texts and 2 emails already. I was hoping if I ignored them they would stop but none. Aibu in thinking this is mad?!

What gets me about Loans is that you can only get one when you prove you don't actually need one.

Withdraw consent and threaten them with the ico if they continue

Take it from someone who knows, don't get one. They charge so much and hound you relentlessly

Ive had ones in the past and always paid back on time but I only wanted a short term one and the minimum I could find was 3 months. Wonga could pay back straight away but think they are no longer in business.
