I wore boots today and will again tomorrow, am in London, so not too cold, but I am always cold!

Well I wouldn't but I'm on holiday and it says 26 degrees tomorrow.

Of course wear what you want but I'd suggest patience. Every year people are out sporting their new winter things and sweltering as it's not actually cold yet and a little layer would be more comfortable.

I hope it's not going to be boot weather when I get back tomorrow. It's been 35® here today.
