Taken a long time for him to pay any maintenance.
Maintenance is sporadic.
He gives his dc nothing, absolutely nothing.
Dd1 says she hates him and wishes he was dead because she could draw closure on the whole affair.
Anyway according to the cms this is totally fine . The fact that I have had to pay to use this service makes no difference.
Ex does not have to pay his paltry 11% of his earnings for almost 3 months because bless him, it takes time to set up a direct debit.
