Bloody rude! (Lighthearted, I think)

I run a very small business (with 5 in our office) I advertised over the last few weeks for a part time position and spoke to a very nice lady on the phone. Anyway, interview was arranged for today and she didn’t show. I gave it a couple of hours and called her. After introducing myself she hung up! Then switched her phone to voicemail. This is bloody rude isn’t it? AIBU to have gone from feeling angry, to utter disbelief, to finding it embarrassingly amusing?

I once had a candidate not turn up so I rung them , only to be shouted at that she had been asleep and I had disturbed her

Had quite a few that used to do this ...its odd do they think that you will frogmarch them into the interview ??

Yes I think I have had a lucky escape! Imagine working with someone like that! It’s the utter rudeness that I can’t get over though - and the bloody cheek 😂
