Off on holiday for 2 weeks - anyone want to list the things I’ve possibly forgotten to pack? (Warm climate, beaches and mountains involved!)

It also depends on whether you're in a hotel, rented apartments, secluded cabins etc... anyhow:

Thermal underwear, hiking socks, beanie, rain coat, sports bra, comfortable trousers, a good backpack, water flask.

Hiking shoes, sandals, a pair of nice flats for museums etc.

Hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, swimwear, bug repellent (I prefer a multipronged approach...)

Emergency medication and first aid kit. (Medication=as far as compatible with local rules and regulations.)
Blister plasters, bandages, anti blister stcks/rubs, sting relieve ointments.

Two phone chargers. Cash, CC, passport, passport copies etc...

Things like microfiber towels, travel sheets/sheet liner sleeping bags etc may be needed (or least advisable) in some situations.
