My son needed new school shoes. Yesterday I purchased them online through jd sports. I needed to go out today and noticed that I could pay to have a certain time slot. I did this and selected 12-1pm. Anyway they never arrived. I called jd who were very very unhelpful. Said they couldnt tell me why they hadnt come just that theyve “been dispatched” When I explained I wont be in and if it could be left anywhere he said no.
I asked for a refund as I now need to go to the shop to buy them which I dont have time to but no choice now. They refused to refund me! Saying it needs to be attempted to be delivered 3 times before they will!
I shop online all the time and have never heard that! aibu to be annoyed?! as now I will have to pay out twice which I dont have the money to do. I even asked if I could be delivered to the store instead again they refused.
