To ask for a handhold and a kick up the backside

Been called back after a mammogram. It happened six years ago and it was a benign cyst. I know I am cysty, was almost expecting this but I retire tomorrow and an evil part of me is telling Me that this is where my future goes arse over tip.. someone talk me down please.
