Faulty bed argos..

I bought a bed for my dd off argos a couple of weeks ago and it has broken already! Its a frame bed and the bit that connects the end of the bed has completely snapped off. She is only 7 so nothing she has actually done. The way it was connected was abit rubbish tbh. Ive tried to get it back on but it just comes off again. I want to return it but will I be allowed a refund as Ive been told ikea beds are much better quailty but thinking argos will refuse and only offer a replacement. Any ideas?

Do you have proof of purchase/receipt?
Then they’ll refund you.

Yes I do as I bought it online. I really want a refund, Worried they will onlly offer a replacement? Dont want another bed from them tbh.

I got an exchange from Argos for a mattress that I'd used for 6 months once. I don't think you'll have a problem, their refund/exchange policy seems quite generous.

They will give you a refund, within 30 days. If its more than 30 days they will sometimes replace or repair but usually will still refund if you ask. They are pretty good.

You will be refunded if that's what you want. The bed is faulty therefore you are entitled to your money back.
