Maybe I'm being precious but an acquaintance on social media (know the person through my child) has posted a video of her and her almost 3 yr old driving around with child on lap and without seatbelt. You can see the car is going at say 10/15 mph at least , and the vista is walls and grass etc.
Of course this could be private property (quite unlikely around here) but still. Aibu to think this isn't the right thing to be teaching a small child and should be flagged ?

You want to 'report' what, and to whom?

That an acquaintance may or may not have done something wrong?

We’ve done this in a safari park. Report me!

How do you even know it was near you? It could be anywhere and fine on a private road or large property. There's nothing to report.
