Has anyone tried deleting an account?

You can't.

Apparently none of the passwords word. I try changing the password. It sends me a link to do just that.
The link takes me to the Instagram account.
I go onto the account, try to change the password and it asks me the old password. When it doesn't like it it asks do I want to reset? I say yes.
It sends me a link to change the password, I click on it, it sends me to the Instagram account to begin all over again.

I've been trying to delete an account for 2 ducking hours.

That's 3 accounts my stupid son has created behind my back without MY PHONE NUMBER for the whole fucking world to see.

You can just remove any existing followers and then make the account private. Not ideal but much easier than deleting.
