AIBU to be bad at my job today?

I’m going on holiday next week. It’s been a long, hard year for boring personal reasons, and I’ve been holding on to the idea of this holiday since January. And it’s almost here! I’ve bought all my holiday clothes and nice toiletries and they’re all sitting in my case, just waiting for me. I’ve read my guidebooks twenty times and made my itinerary. I CAN’T WAIT!

So AIBU just to coast a little bit to the end of the week and just not be that good at my job because i’m dreaming about holidays?

(I’m not a surgeon, don’t worry...!)

Or you could work hard knowing that:
a, you can spend all evening dreaming of it
b, your employer will realise you're worth hanging on to if things get bad and that way you'll be able to afford more holidays
c, if you spend all your time thinking about it now it'll not come up to scratch when you get there
