Police being attacked

This makes me irrationally angry that police are kicked by onlookers as they try to assist. And are filmed by people.

It’s just outrageous. Those people should be refused any police assistance ever.

My Dh is a police officer and last year was punched and required hospital treatment. I was so upset and begged him to find a new job but he still puts himself out there. Also working the day of the Westminster attack and couldn’t finish his shift and come home to us.

I don’t generally worry about him but that might be denial!

My dh left the police this year because I couldn’t take anymore of this. I honestly didn’t know if he was coming home and I was so sick of seeing him come home after 18 hour stretches of trying to bloody help people and washing sick, piss, blood and poo off his clothes the poor sod.

They deserve bloody medals the lot of them

It makes me so angry. The people that behave like animals are the ones that call the Police when the boot is on the other foot.
